Returns and Exchanges

Because each Barnyard Steamworks piece is handmade and many are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Please review product descriptions, photographs, measurements, chain lengths, and other item details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about an item, please contact me before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested to help determine what happened.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every piece of Barnyard Steamworks jewelry is backed by my Lifetime Guarantee. If your jewelry ever needs attention because of the way it was made, please contact me. I stand behind my workmanship and want your piece to be something you can enjoy for years to come.

The Lifetime Guarantee is a workmanship guarantee and does not mean an item may be returned for a refund or exchange at any time. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by improper care may not be covered, but please contact me and I will be happy to discuss whether the piece can be repaired.

Because many pieces contain genuine antique and vintage components, an identical replacement may not always be possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
